FAST FOOD

Because of their new plant based vegetarian diet, Marilyn and Al have a problem finding food at the normal fast food outlets like McDonalds, Burger King, KFC .

They were pleased to find food they liked at the local Quizno’s.

The Veggie Sammie, which contains guacamole, black olives, lettuce, tomato, red onion, mushrooms, cheddar, mozzarella and vinaigrette is a favorite of theirs. It is very tasty and not a huge portion. Just right for their diets.

I will stick to my good, old fashion dog food.
